Internship Program
Project Requirements for Chalet Design
Objective:
Design two 2D plans for chalets to be situated on the same lot.
Specifications:
- One-Bedroom Chalet: Total Area: 50 to 83 sqm
- Two-Bedroom Chalet: Total Area: 83 to 130 sqm
Lot Details: Total Lot Area: 500 sqm
Timeline: Duration: 2 weeks
The designs should maximize the use of space while adhering to the specified area constraints and ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal.
3D Model and Rendering
Objective:
Select one of the plans developed in Level One and create a detailed 3D model with high-quality renderings.
Requirements:
3D Model: Develop a comprehensive 3D model based on the selected 2D plan.
Rendering: Produce high-quality renderings to showcase the design.
Timeline: Duration: 2 weeks
The 3D model and renderings should accurately reflect the design, materials, and spatial relationships detailed in the 2D plan, providing a realistic visualization of the chalet.
Villa Design
Objective:
Design 2D plans and create a 3D model with high-quality renderings for a villa.
Specifications: Total Area: 400 – 500 sqm
Requirements:
- 2D Plans: Develop comprehensive 2D plans that include all necessary details for the villa.
- 3D Model: Create a detailed
- 3D model based on the 2D plans.
- Rendering: Produce high-quality renderings to visualize the villa design effectively.
Timeline: Duration: 4 weeks
The design should ensure optimal use of the 400 – 500 sqm area, integrating functional spaces, aesthetic elements, and innovative architectural features to create a visually appealing and practical villa.
